1.白萝卜去皮切条,加入少许盐抓拌均匀腌制10分钟,控去水份备用。

2.青、红辣椒切丝,葱、姜切丝,蒜苗切小段。五花肉切薄片。

3.锅中倒少许油,倒入五花肉煸炒至吐油。

6.倒入萝卜翻炒均匀。

7.加入1碗开水焖煮5-6分钟。
